Store hours are variable and tend
to change constantly. Some places may indicate their schedule,
though it is not always followed. The city almost closes down during
lunchtime between 12 and 2 pm. In government offices during
weekends, the open hours are limited or even non-existent. You could
ask your guide or taxi drivers which stores are open late, but try
to be patient regarding this area.
