The following
"Program Specific" Booking and Payment conditions apply for this
program:
In order to confirm a reservation
for this program we require the following payments at the cut-off
times indicated below:
Reservations made:
76 days or more prior to first
day of travel
- A deposit of $500 dollars per person is
required at the time of reservation
- Final payment is due 75
days prior to first day of travel
75 days or less prior to
first day of travel
- A full non-refundable payment is
due at the time of reservation
Important Notes:
- All payments indicated above must
be received by the specific due date or the reservation will
automatically be released and deposits will be forfeited,
- The price of the cruise is based on double occupancy (2 persons
sharing a cabin). If a person does not want to share and wished to
secure a cabin for themselves, they can do so by paying an
additional single supplement fee of 75% of the double occupancy rate
for that cabin.
Cancellation Policy:
The following cancellation policies will
be applied at the cut-off times indicated below:
- 121 days or
more prior to the first day of travel: Deposit is non-refundable but
can be applied to future cruise*
- 120 to 76 days prior to
first day of travel: All deposits are non-refundable
- 75 days
prior to first day of travel: Full payment will be applied as
cancellation penalty
* A future cruise is any departure,
subject to availability, within 12 months of the original first day
of travel. The applicable rate will be the one for the new cruise
date.
Special
Cancellation Policy: (30 days or less prior to first day of travel)
Cancellations due to illness or injury
- If a medical certificate is provided,
50% of monies due will be charged as penalty and 50% will be
credited towards a future cruise (see above)*
- Without a
medical certificate 100% of all monies will be charged as penalty
Note: Medical
certificates should include the registration number of the M.D. and
will be verified
Cancellations due to death of an immediate family member
- For immediate family members (husband, wife, daughter, son,
mother, father, etc.) 50% of monies due will be refunded or 100% of
monies will be credited towards a future cruise (see above)*
Cancellations due to Cancelled, Delayed or Missed flights
- NO refunds

We
strongly suggest passengers obtain trip cancellation /
interrupt insurance to better protect themselves
|
Discount policy for children:
-
On regular departures a discount of 30% will be granted off the
gross price of the cruise for children 11 years and younger at the
time of travel.
- ON family departures a discount of 30% will be
granted off the gross price of the cruise for children 11 years and
younger at the time of travel sharing a cabin with an adult. Only
one discount per cabin will be honored with a maximum of two
discounts per family
NOTE: The above children
discounts are applied to the cruise rate only. Child discounts are
not offered during Holiday departures including Christmas, New Years
and Easter.
