- Portuguese is the official language in Brazil. Natives speak many
dialects in the different regions of the country.
English is spoken by most personnel with
whom you will deal during contracted services. Also, English is
widely understood in hotels, restaurants and shops you will visit.
It is advisable to carry a small Portuguese phrase book with you.
English and Spanish are part of the school curriculum.
