Banks and foreign exchange office are normally open on Mondays
through Fridays from 10 am till 3 pm. Commercial offices are
generally open from 9 am till 12 noon and from 2 pm till 7 pm. Shops
in the provinces usually close at midday. Shopping malls are
normally open from 10 am through 9 pm while bars, cafes, cafeterias
and pizza bars are almost always open except from 2 am till 6 am.
Restaurants: Lunch is served normally from 12:30 pm and dinner from
8:30 pm.
